Vees Inner Warriors this Sunday 14:00 - 15:00

We had a great success last with new ladies and girls attending our inner warrior session and of course some familiar faces to the club. A reminder to all that we are continuing to run these sessions completely free and open to members and non members. Dates are May 22, June 12 and June 19.

If there is demand to hold sessions between May and June, and post June 19, we will lay on more sessions.

So come on ladies and girls give it a go, and bring your friends!!
