2022 Dorset Tour update

As previously communicated, we’re continuing with plans to attend the Rugby Rock Tournament in Dorchester, Dorset on April 30 - May 01 2022.

We’ve agree with tournament management to collect fees as a club. We will shortly be collecting deposits of £50 per person attending, with the balance collected early April. The deposit will be held by the club until appropriate bonding is in place by the tour management company.

Please wait until further communication next week for club account details before making your deposit payments.

If you are booking off-site accommodation or hiring campervans etc, please ensure you have a full refund options in the event the tournament is cancelled. This is important as tournament management has yet to provide bonding (cancellation insurance) and there is still the threat of another Covid wave.
